For those that were wondering: even though the buff doesn't have a duration mentioned anywhere nor shown on the buff itself in game, the duration is the cooldown of Decimating Bolt (45s), which while it usually won't make much of a difference, the rare occasion where you're unable to spend the charge(s) within the time can be somewhat annoying. Kind of misleading of the devs to not show the duration of the buff while still having it present.
Just switched to this covenant and I dont have the spell...is this bugged?
