This skill does not crit on my Brewmaster monk with 23% crit chance at all. Neither healing and damage part. I was trying to drop it on me plus 4-6 mobs in 2 dungeons all the time. It does 6-7.5% of my total damage ( less than 2x Lightless Force-8-10%) and 2-3% total healing
