TheWoWDBWeaker than the dwarf and tauren equivalent, but that is counterbalanced by neither of those races having a damage/healing active, and that Haranir also do more damage to 3 different types of enemies, including the single most common type of beast.
It seems they went with the 3 weak racials that collectively equal the one strong racial of another race. Lets hope the tuning is right to make that true.
