TheWoWDBDoes anyone know whether the Finesse from this racial applies to all gathering skills, or does it only apply to Herbalism?

Keep in mind this is 10 finesse, not 10%, so the actual value will be lower than the 2% dracthyr got for perception.
It's technically better than nothing, but compared to the 25% flat deftness bonus that tauren get, the only advantage this has is that you can get a herbalism bonus on alliance.
I've tried with alts (haranir and draenei without profession for comparison), you have +10% finesse with every gathering professions. Then I've changed my druid race (worgen to haranir) and I have +10% finesse on herba and mining.
