Note: With the skinning enchant to gloves (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11166), you can skill an enemy 1 level higher than you normally would be able to do so.
With gathering professions now comes new passive and cast abilities. Skinning now gives you the ability "Master of Anatomy". With each rank up in Skinning, you obtain a new rank in this skill.
