How it works

Void Energy is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does

Void Energy is a Physical spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and burns a resource on the target (base value 100).
