Gouges the eyes of an enemy target, incapacitating the opponent for 4 sec. Any subsequent damage will cause the target to recover immediately.
How it works
Each cast of Gouge costs 45 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.
Gouge is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12. It scales with 0.21 times attack power.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87. It scales with 0.21 times attack power.
What it does
Gouge is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the incapacitated mechanic.
