How it works

Each cast of Gouge costs 25 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.

Gouge is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
  2. Effect 2 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 1.

What it does

Gouge is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 25 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura and restores a resource (base value 1). The client files the whole spell under the incapacitated mechanic.
