Once, the skies of the Dragon Isles were filled with the dragons of the five flights. But thousands of years ago the dragonflights left to defend Azeroth from those that threatened the world. Recently, however, the Isles have reawakened and called their long-absent caretakers to return. They were not alone--four great primal dragons have also arrived: Basrikron, wielder of earth and shale; Strunraan, master of electric tempests; Bazual, manipulator of flame; and Liskanoth, mistress of ice and cold.
Strunraan, The Sky's Misery drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist). Strunraan's presence has been known to make the skies cry. His tempest electrifies the air and wreaks havoc upon the land. Drawn to the gale power, Strunraan now threatens the lands and people of the Ohn'ahran Plains.
Bazual, The Dreaded Flame drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Bazual's special connection to the Plane of Fire allows him to directly siphon power from the Firelands. With the help of the Primalist forces, Bazual is expanding portals to the Firelands in the Azure Span.
Liskanoth, The Futurebane drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Imbued with an immense icy power, Liskanoth oversees the land conquered by the Primalists. Liskanoth's very presence casts a chill down the spine of all who encounter her. If left to continue her conquest, Liskanoth will annihilate all who dare enter Thaldraszus.
The Primalists breached the Titan prison used to hold the Incarnates for millennia. Within, Raszageth performs a foul ritual to unleash her siblings, so together they can purge the world of the Titans' influence. The champions of Azeroth must assault this impregnable fortress and break their defenses to end this threat. While many could fall, defeat condemns all the realms to the Incarnates' reign of fire and blood.

Vault of the Incarnates entrance
Kurog Grimtotem drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 51.4, 50.9 on the Vault of the Incarnates map. Once a prized pupil of Magatha Grimtotem, this master of the primal elements is preparing to unleash his most devastating creations. If Kurog is not stopped, his entities of storm, fire, ice, and earth will wreak havoc across the whole of Azeroth.

2 pieces (Affliction): When Agony grants you a Soul Shard, you have a chance to gain Cruel Inspiration, increasing your haste by 12% for 6 sec.
2 pieces (Demonology): Demonbolt and Felstorm damage increased by 20%.
2 pieces (Destruction): Consuming Soul Shards has a chance to grant you Chaos Maelstrom, increasing your critical strike chance by 15% for 10 sec.
4 pieces (Affliction): Cruel Inspiration also grants 2 charges of Cruel Epiphany, up to 5 charges. Each charge of Cruel Epiphany increases the damage of your next Malefic Rapture or Seed of Corruption by 40%.
4 pieces (Demonology): Demonbolt has a chance to make your next Hand of Gul'dan instant and deal 150% increased damage.
4 pieces (Destruction): Your critical strikes deal 212% damage instead of the usual 200%.
