Millennia ago, Neltharion established Aberrus, a secret laboratory where he conducted world altering experiments. Recently rediscovered, Aberrus is now under attack from all sides as forces seeking to claim the Earth-Warder's legacy search for any power that remains. The champions of Azeroth must venture into the shadows and ensure Neltharion's dark power doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
The entrance is in Zaralek Cavern at 48.5, 10.0 (/way #2133 48.5 10.0).
Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible entrance
Kazzara, the Hellforged drops 2 pieces of this set (Waist, Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 51.3, 72.2 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. Although Neltharion would not use them himself until much later, he experimented with elementium plating in the early days of Aberrus. The end result of elementium and shadowflame was Kazzara, who was deemed far too unstable for release. Driven mad by the excruciating pain of her elementium plates, she now serves as the guardian of the Shadowed Crucible.
The Amalgamation Chamber drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 44.4, 63.6 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. The Eternal Blaze burns with the heat of a thousand suns, while the Essence of Shadow blooms with darkness incarnate. Although exceptionally powerful on their own, when combined they surge with the unchecked might of shadowflame, creating a whirlwind of ultimate destruction.
Assault of the Zaqali drops 2 pieces of this set (Hands, Shoulder). Adventure Guide map pin: 42.6, 35.4 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. Led by Warlord Kagni, the Zaqali warband has launched an all-out assault against the Shadowed Crucible in search of their missing Elder, Rashok. Brutal and ruthless, Kagni is willing to employ any tactic to succeed.
Rashok, the Elder drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Adventure Guide map pin: 67.5, 21.8 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. Imprisoned within Aberrus for a millennia, the Zaqali elder Rashok has been perpetually drained of the raging flame within him to power Neltharion's twisted laboratory. Existing on the edge of death for so long has driven the elder mad. Should he break free, his vengeance will scour the Shadowed Crucible's halls.

2 pieces (Affliction): Vile Taint cooldown reduced by 5 sec and Phantom Singularity cooldown reduced by 12 sec. Vile Taint and Phantom Singularity damage increased by 60%.
2 pieces (Demonology): Demonbolt deals 20% additional damage. Consuming a Demonic Core reduces the cooldown of Grimoire: Felguard by 0.5.1 sec.
2 pieces (Destruction): Channel Demonfire bolts, Immolate, and Incinerate have a chance to fire an additional Demonfire bolt. These bolts deal 50% increased damage to their main target.
4 pieces (Affliction): Enemies damaged by Phantom Singularity gain Infirmity for its duration and enemies damaged by Vile Taint gain Infirmity for 10 sec, increasing damage taken by 10%.
4 pieces (Demonology): Grimoire: Felguard damage increased by 20%. While Grimoire: Felguard is active, all of your demons deal 20% additional damage.
