Once, the skies of the Dragon Isles were filled with the dragons of the five flights. But thousands of years ago the dragonflights left to defend Azeroth from those that threatened the world. Recently, however, the Isles have reawakened and called their long-absent caretakers to return. They were not alone--four great primal dragons have also arrived: Basrikron, wielder of earth and shale; Strunraan, master of electric tempests; Bazual, manipulator of flame; and Liskanoth, mistress of ice and cold.
Liskanoth, The Futurebane drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Imbued with an immense icy power, Liskanoth oversees the land conquered by the Primalists. Liskanoth's very presence casts a chill down the spine of all who encounter her. If left to continue her conquest, Liskanoth will annihilate all who dare enter Thaldraszus.
The Primalists breached the Titan prison used to hold the Incarnates for millennia. Within, Raszageth performs a foul ritual to unleash her siblings, so together they can purge the world of the Titans' influence. The champions of Azeroth must assault this impregnable fortress and break their defenses to end this threat. While many could fall, defeat condemns all the realms to the Incarnates' reign of fire and blood.

Vault of the Incarnates entrance
The Primal Council drops 1 piece of this set (Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 43.6, 70.5 on the Vault of the Incarnates map. These masters of the elements are ruthless in their pursuit of power. Embar Firepath is as merciless as the fire she commands. Opalfang wields the might of the earth to crush her enemies. Kadros Icewrath is cold and cruel, while his sibling Dathea Stormlash is as wild and unpredictable as a raging storm.
Sennarth, the Cold Breath drops 1 piece of this set (Hands). Adventure Guide map pin: 28.7, 35.8 on the Vault of the Incarnates map. Sennarth, Kurog Grimtotem's most vicious creation, is a massive arachnid infused with the unforgiving cold. Her singular purpose is to guard her brood of thousands, awaiting the day they'll hatch and enshroud Azeroth in a web of winter.

2 pieces (Unholy): Bursting a Festering Wound grants your ghoul Vile Infusion, increasing their damage by 25% and Haste by 10% for 5 sec.
4 pieces (Blood): After 10 Bone Shield charges are consumed gain 10% damage and Haste for 10 sec.
4 pieces (Frost): Obliterate and Frostscythe have a 15% chance not to consume Killing Machine.
