WoW Forever Quest Changes

The WoW Forever beta client registers 1,800 quest ids that Classic Era does not, and drops 2. It also ships 3 named quest lines and 3 new quest categories.

Quest titles and text are sent by the server, not stored in the client, so a new quest id tells us a quest exists and nothing about what it says. We list names only where the client has them.

Compared file by file: the WoW Forever beta client 1.60.1.70009 against the Classic Era client 1.15.9.69722. This is what the beta client ships today and it can change before launch.
