How it works

Each cast of Arcane Missiles costs 235 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Arcane Missiles is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Arcane Missiles.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

What it does

Arcane Missiles is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Arcane Missiles (record #22273).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
