How it works

Arcane Potency is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 107. Its base value is 5. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 108. Its base value is 50. It scales with 1 times spell power.

What it does

Arcane Potency is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
