How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.

Arcane Power is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 108. Its base value is 30.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 108. Its base value is 30.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 108. Its base value is 30. It scales with 1 times spell power.

What it does

Arcane Power is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3 min cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
