How it works
Artisan Engineer is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Learn Spell (effect type 36). Its base value is 25. It triggers Engineering.
- Effect 2 is Skill Step (effect type 44). Its base value is 4.
What it does
Artisan Engineer is a spell with an instant cast and a range of 100 yards. When cast it teaches a spell and has a Skill Step effect. It also casts Engineering.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
