How it works

Each cast of Chastise costs 50 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Chastise is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 46. It scales with 0.143 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 26. It applies the rooted mechanic.
