Combustion

Tooltip

When activated, this spell causes each of your Fire damage spell hits to increase your critical strike chance with Fire damage spells by 10%. This effect lasts until you have caused non-periodic critical strikes with Fire spells.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 3 procs.

Combustion is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
  2. Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Combustion.

What it does

Combustion is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3 min cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Combustion (record #28682).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
