It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 5. Its area radius is 8 yards.
What it does
Confounding Flash is a Holy spell with a 0.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura in an 8 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the disoriented mechanic.
