Creates a Lesser Soulstone. The Soulstone can be used to store one target's soul.
Conjured items disappear if logged out for more than 15 minutes.
How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
- Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Create Soulstone is a Shadow spell with a 3 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it creates an item.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
