How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Dark Rune is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 800.

What it does

Dark Rune is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 1 min cooldown. When cast it restores a resource (base value 1200) and deals Shadow damage (base value 800).
