How it works

Each cast of Dash costs 20 Focus. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does

Dash is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
