How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Decimate is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 9. Its base value is -50.
  2. Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 800.

What it does

Decimate is a Physical spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 3 min. When cast it applies an aura and deals Physical damage (base value 800).
