Tooltip
Reduces an enemy's casting speed by 35% for 15 sec.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 65. Its base value is -35.
What it does
Distracting Pain is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 45 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
