How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Summon (effect type 28). Its base value is 1.

What it does

Dragon's Call is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 45 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it summons a creature.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
