Sets an enemy aflame, inflicting 1500 Fire damage over 6 sec. and sending it into a state of panic. While the target is affected, the flames periodically scorch its nearby allies for 250 damage as well.

How it works

Engulfing Flames is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
