How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It scales with 1 times spell power.

What it does

Exhaustion is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the ensnared mechanic.
