How it works
Each cast of Holy Strike costs 9 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
Holy Strike is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 17. It scales with 0.429 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 29.
- Effect 3 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name.
What it does
Holy Strike is a Holy spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards and a 10 sec cooldown. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 29).
