How it works

  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 124. Its base value is -30.

What it does

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
