How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Ice Blast is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 50. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards.

What it does

Ice Blast is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec.
