How it works

Each cast of Ice Block costs 15 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Ice Block is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 39.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 39.

What it does

Ice Block is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 min cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the frozen mechanic.
