How it works

Each cast of Lightning Cloud costs 100 Mana. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Lightning Cloud is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 30. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards.

What it does

Lightning Cloud is a Nature spell with a 2.5 sec cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it deals Nature damage (base value 30) in a 10 yard radius and leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 10 yard radius every 5 sec.
