Lightning Shield

Tooltip

Surrounds an ally with balls of lightning that have chance of striking melee or ranged attackers for 83 damage. Each time the lightning shield strikes, a ball of lightning dissipates. Thus, the shield expires after 10 min. or after it has struck times.

How it works

Each cast of Lightning Shield costs 185 Mana. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura has a 50% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 3 procs.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 43. Its base value is 83. It scales with 1 times spell power.

What it does

Lightning Shield is a Nature spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 min. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
