Psychic Scream

Tooltip

The caster lets out a psychic scream, causing enemies to flee for 8 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.

How it works

Each cast of Psychic Scream costs 100 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Psychic Scream is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 7. Its area radius is 8 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 31. Its base value is 25. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards.

What it does

Psychic Scream is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura in an 8 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the fleeing mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
