Tooltip

Surrounds the caster with a shield woven of Shadow magic. The shield lasts 30 sec., absorbs up to 400 Physical or magical damage, and inflicts 20 damage to melee attackers.

How it works

Each cast of Shadow Shield costs 10 Mana. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Shadow Shield is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 69. Its base value is 400.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 15. Its base value is 20.

What it does

Shadow Shield is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
