How it works

Each cast of Spell Reflection costs 15 Rage. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 28. Its base value is 100.

What it does

Spell Reflection is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
