What it does

Steam Tonk Controller is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 5 min. When cast it summons a creature in a 100 yard radius and applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
