How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24). Its base value is 1.

What it does

Study is a spell with a 6 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 1 hr cooldown. When cast it creates an item.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
