How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24).

What it does

Transmute: Mithril to Truesilver is a spell with a 25 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 1 hr cooldown. When cast it creates an item.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
