In the Trial of the Grand Crusader, reach a Tribute Chest with 50 attempts remaining in 25-player mode.

To obtain this achievement, you must complete the 25-player version of Call of the Grand Crusade (the new raid dungeon in patch 3.2, heroic mode) without wiping.
Completing this achievement will spawn a chest inside of the Instance that drops item level 272 cloaks.
