Pull the boss without killing any of the horsemen, wait a few secs for them to spread then 2 of them will come running to you. Then, run to one of the other 2 on the corners and kill both the bosses on you and the boss on the corner. Then hurry to the fourth boss and kill him.

You can do it with two tanks in the front and back, but this method gives you a much higher degree of control, and makes it nearly failproof.
Use Deadly Boss Mods. You can see the 4 health bars that way.
Then you just need smart DPS.
