My guild got this one tonight. Had 3.5 minutes spare.
Very doable. Obviously don't waste time mucking about with the loot. If you're going to do it, get a class that sucks on trash packs (rogue) to sort the loot while the rest move on.
Clear the trash in the room before Anub prior to the boss pull to save a bit of extra time.

Kill Maexxna in Naxxramas within 20 minutes of Anub'Rekhan's death in 25-player mode.

Or just leave the loot on the corpses. Bosses don't despawn an until an hour after they die if they have loot on them.
You cant skip the second boss to go to Maexxna there is a locked door between the bosses.
