First, it's important to note that you don't need to kill the boss to get this achievement. If you wipe, you'll still get it.

To get this achievement, you need the boss to place 15 bombs around the room before pushing him past 70% or 40% health. At 70% and 40% health, he explodes all bombs, which will trigger the achievement.

To do that, you need to survive about 90 seconds without anyone blowing up any bombs. This means that when you get targeted with a satchel, you need to make sure that you won't blow up any of the other bombs. Make sure you position yourself carefully so that the two fire paths won't touch any bombs.

Once you have 15 lying around, push him 70% and the achievement is yours.

Saboteur Kip'tilak has 3 important abilities for this achievement:

1. Throw 3 bombs at random positions
2. 
   
3. Debuff a random player so he explodes soon
4. 
   
5. Explode ALL bombs at 70% and 40% health.

So just wait until he threw the bombs at least five times (if someone messes up with the debuff you have to wait longer) and bring him to one of those thresholds to explode all bombs at once.

When a player gets the debuff named [spell=107268], try to move to a wall in order to have only two directions for the explosion to watch. The explosion goes just on a grid on the ground (horizontal and vertical) and triggers every bomb in it's way which triggers every bomb in this explosions way and so on. I think you get this, even if you have never played bomberman.

This achievements pops out in the moment you explode the 15 bombs. Killing the boss is not necessary.

Completed this achievement in patch 8.0.1 as a 110 retribution paladin. Taunted the boss and stood in the middle of the room without causing any damage to him. The boss chucked bombs around and cast sabotage. By the 4th sabotage he had chucked enough bombs around for the achievement to trigger.

So in short, taunt, go to middle of room, do nothing, wait a minute, achievement pops, kill boss. Easy.
