You have to equip this set:
The [item=23324] cost 100 blossoms.
The [item=34685] cost 100 blossoms aswell.
The [item=34683] are 200 blossoms.
That makes it a total of 400 blossoms to get the whole set.

The items are avaible from midsummer vendors (A/H) in major cities.

Pay attention: If the durability of your 3(Chest,Sholders,Sandals) gear parts are at 0 then you'll have to repair the gear first, then dance on the Ribbon Pole to get the achiev. Good luck :D

Kalimdor
Alliance has 11 fires to honor, 12 fires to desecrate.
Horde has 12 fires to honor, 11 fires to desecrate.

At 5 Blossoms/Honor, and 10 Blossoms/Desecrate Alliance gets 175 Blossoms, Horde gets 170 Blossoms.

Eastern Kingdoms
Alliance has 14 fires to honor, 11 fires to desecrate.
Horde has 11 fires to honor, 14 fires to desecrate.

At 5 Blossoms/Honor, and 10 Blossoms/Desecrate Alliance gets 180 Blossoms, Horde gets 195 Blossoms.

Outlands
Alliance has 7 fires to honor, 7 fires to desecrate.
Horde has 7 fires to honor, 7 fires to desecrate.

At 5 Blossoms/Honor, and 10 Blossoms/Desecrate Alliance gets 105 Blossoms, Horde gets 105 Blossoms.

Each faction may also visit the opposing factions capital cities, and extinguish the flames there, for 25 Blossoms per flame.

At 25 Blossoms each, Alliance gets 100 Blossoms, Horde gets 100 Blossoms.

Total, Alliance gets 680 Blossoms, Horde gets 690 Blossoms.

It costs 400 Blossoms to buy the entire outfit needed for Burning Hot Pole Dance, the pet is 350, and the braziar is 350.

Alliance will need an extra 420 Blossoms, Horde will need an extra 410 Blossoms to buy everything, which you will have to get from the daily quests.

There are two dailies that offer Blossoms, 5 each for More Torch Catching ( A / H ) and More Torch Tossing ( A / H ).

There is also the daily to kill Lord Ahune, but it does not offer any Blossoms.
