Call of the Grand Crusade (10 player)

Like most Heroic modes, TotC requires you to complete the raid on normal before attempting it on Heroic. However, if someone in your group has completed it on normal, they can start the encounters and you will get credit for this achieve. In this way you can get the heroic achieve without having the normal achieve, like I did today!

I soloed this extremely easy as a rogue (I guess any dps could do it just as easy) with 535ilvl. Just nuked every boss quickly and didn't really face any boss mechanic. No special buffs or talents were needed.

During the first encounter I just nuked them all, but be sure to kill Acidmaw first of the two big worms and it's fine.

For the next encounter, I just nuked and he was down a couple of seconds later.

For the third encounter, I just nuked them all down with blade flurry in a couple of seconds.

For the forth encounter, I simply grabbed the dark "buff"/portal and nuked the white one, didnt even see any orbs before they were both dead. I had 300k dps when they died.

For the last encounter, I just nuked again and he just died as I got stunned (ice block?). Had 190k dps when he died.

So basically, don't be afraid of this achievement and just nuke it down. Good luck!

Managed to 4 man this (with 85's) in 4.3 with a Frost Mage, Demo Lock, Prot Paladin, and a Resto Druid. Had problems with the last boss phase 3 and also the 2 worms on the first boss, but we managed to do it however.
