You receive this message in response to the help petition wich you submitted regarding a battleground achievement.
Unfortunately, since patch 3.3.3, those quests are no longer active. It is no longer possible to complete them or earn associated achievement.You can now simply do random battlegrounds to get this achievement.

Because you don't have to do the quests, just play 100 Battlegrounds at 85 :P
but as you can see the date he got it 26/10/2008. Now it's currently bugged for me too, no credit on any char for bg dailies
