Champion of the Vulpera

EASIEST:

1) go to 33.50, 65.80 in Vol'dun, right where Scorpox spawns.
2) start running north, preferably mounted, and pull all the Sethrak which subdue the friendly Vulpera.
3) run so far untill u lose all aggro, turn around, and run back whilst pulling all of them again.
4) when u pull, you get criteria, when u reset, the vulpera respawn and u can get it in a couple resets :)

In the world quest "Mining Azeroth", which gives reputation towards Champion of Azeroth the Vulpera are being held captive and are mining the azeroth. Killing their captives free's them and counts towards the achievement :)

Right now this achievement is kinda strange, because you just need to complete the storyline and use NPC in location for 50 times, so i suppose it can still change.
But i doubt that we will see huge changes, because even if you can't arm vulpera after Ready to Riot like i did, you still can abandon and retake the quest.
Or just ignore everything what i just said and do Abandoned in the Burrows from time to time. By the end of the expansion you will definitely have the achievement
