Synthesis Growths spawn in the 2nd phase of the fight, when you go down into the tunnels.
There are 2 pathways to take (left and right), with mycelial cysts making puddles covering the floor that slow+dmg (like in the G'huun fight, just damage them to make the puddle retract). The Synthesis Growths are on those pathway.
Killing all of them within 10sec will require you to split your group up (so that both sides are dealt with at same time). I'd recommend being on voice comms for this, so you can get all of the growths down low and nuke them at the same time.

This CANNOT be solo'd. With how the achievement is setup, the cysts on the ground, you need at least two people. I used a group of four and had 2 people staggered on each to make sure growths got nuked within the 10 seconds.
It is possible to 2 man this achv. We used a havoc dh and a prot pal. For us it was easiest to send the dh left side and prot to the right side.
