This is almost undoubtedly a reference to the act of 'creepjacking' from Warcraft 3, attacking another player while they were fighting 'creeps' (random hostile enemies around the map).
As for the achievement itself, if your guild is a PvP guild you can probably get this without much issue. Can anyone in the beta confirm whether this is retroactive or not? I would think so, considering Kills have been tracked since the start of the game.

Achievement is NOT retroactive.
Proof can easily been seen by this rogue who has 1.3 million honor kills, and his guild is currently at 360k honor kills combined.
Edit March 26th 2012: Fartzwrgoben has since joined a new guild and they now have the creepjackers achievement.
I wish it to be a personal pvp achievement !
