These things are fun. They're from the Malygos encounter in the 2nd phase. All these adds come down riding little air skateboards like those from The Jetsons carton. You can 'mount' (in much the same way as you mount a vehicle) the 'air skateboards' of a dead scion and still cast.
I imagine this achievement would not only be difficult for healing classes to land a killing blow, but also melee classes from that position.
It is worth noting that YOU must get the killing blow. It does not give the achieve if a DOT kills the scion.
